Energy Evaluation

Step 1 – Benchmark 
Using buildings utility bills LEG will determine your building(s) Energy Utilization Index (EUI). This will allow us to compare your building(s) energy use to similar buildings.

Step 2 – Site Survey
LEG performs a customized site survey to become familiar with the operation of your building(s), its equipment (include but not limited to electrical devices, boilers, heating and air conditioning units and any other significant energy consumption) and maintenance procedures. 

Step 3 - Analysis and Report
LEG will produce a customized report that will tell you where your building energy use stands relative to other buildings. The report will include no-cost or low cost changes we have identified which can result in energy savings. And also identify systems and upgrades that may be eligible for financial incentives.
